The interview is just a formality. You could show up to the interview in pajamas and they would hire you as long as you have a pulse.

Don't bother. Go anywhere but there. The worst job I've ever had. Unqualified management and backstabbing, lazy employees. Saw more neglect than I care to admit and corporate just brushes it all under the rug. Good luck.
