Misrepresents opportunity to new hires/takes a large percentage of your commission

NO HEALTH BENEFITS/NO 401k/1099 MISAPPROPRIATION!! Please be aware that the employees are 1099 workers, however we are treated as W2 workers. We have REQUIRED meetings and have REQUIRED dress attire.
