DON'T WORK HERE. Clearwater location is where this happened... Director of the program gets hit in the face by her office door, a client was trying to attack her. He immediately gets discharged and she presses charges. He leaves in hand cuffs. Diffenent client punches LST in the face, and breaks several of her car windows. LST has to pay for car repairs and work as usual with a broken nose.
This company will lie right to your face. The other reviews are true with regards to clicks among management resulting in easy work for some and very tough assignments for others. The clients are treated very differentially with favorite or feared clients get more attention and others get neglected. I would never send my loved ones here for care. They will hire anybody! 19 year old who shows up looking like poorly and plays on the phone all shift is the average worker here. No team work, I get sexually harassed on the daily by clients AND co-workers. I regret working here.

Extremely expensive healthcare benefits. You have to accrue your paid time off. Which is earned at a very slow pace. But that only applies if you're full time. Part time gets no benefits or pto. No sick pay. So if you need to take time off, you'll need to use your pto, if you have enough to cover it.
