Extremely expensive healthcare benefits. You have to accrue your paid time off. Which is earned at a very slow pace. But that only applies if you're full time. Part time gets no benefits or pto. No sick pay. So if you need to take time off, you'll need to use your pto, if you have enough to cover it.

Give employees the pay they deserve for the job they do! Without the frontline staff you dont have a company that is about supporting individuals/clients therefore minimum wage is not acceptable pay. Give annual appraisals for all employees who are dedicated to their work.
Have the CEO listen to frontline staff with changes about what works and not as the further you get away from the individual/client the less likely you understand what will work or not.
