No drug testing. Odd since staff handle opiods and other controlled substances with flimsy locks. Would be all too easy for staff to take for themselves drugs supposedly going to clients and no monitoring to assure that does not happen.

Very unprofessional staff and management. Clients are just warehouses the company just cares about money. There are cliques if they don't like you they will do everything they can to make you quit.

Extremely expensive healthcare benefits. You have to accrue your paid time off. Which is earned at a very slow pace. But that only applies if you're full time. Part time gets no benefits or pto. No sick pay. So if you need to take time off, you'll need to use your pto, if you have enough to cover it.

In Council Bluffs IA, it took over 3 months. I should have taken that as a sign. Management lost my background check. Avoid any mentor network. The management does not get follow through and then looks for someone to blame they are cruel t staff and clients. PLEASE if you have a relative therefore them.

Pay Employees More Money, Give Raises and Make Sure Its 3 Staff on Shift At All Times. With Trouble, Challenge and Behavioral Children You Need To Be Always Staff. Mentors Don't Stress Discipline or Consquences In Their Program They Believe In Spoil and Give To Children Who Fight You, Disrespect You and Lie On Staff. NJ Mentors Is A Circus and The Youth Control The Circus Because They Come With A Check.
