Extremely expensive healthcare benefits. You have to accrue your paid time off. Which is earned at a very slow pace. But that only applies if you're full time. Part time gets no benefits or pto. No sick pay. So if you need to take time off, you'll need to use your pto, if you have enough to cover it.
Horribly expensive family healthcare plans. The prices are inhumane, really. You are basically working for health coverage, as there is nothing left in your pay after the deductions.
Benefits include Medical, Dental and Vision along with PTO, 401K, HSA/FSA and supplemental insurance plans. Employee Discounts on thousands of products including cell phones, vehicles, furniture, restaurants and vacations.
