Not a bad company to work for although it has poor management, poor benefits system & poor sense of opportunity. Those in a higher up position take advantage of those below them. No true propose at the job.

Although the environment provides a sense of work culture, inclusivity, and coworkers/management are friendly, TMS is a difficult company to work for.The pay is decent for starting pay, and they have a selection of options when it comes to initially choosing your hours and days of work.Like most call centers, there is training that is provided (which I think should be a little longer), and metrics that have to be met. It was a little difficult at times meeting these metrics, as there is a lot of searching around through resources to gather information from while on calls. There was always uncertainty as far as what criteria needed to be met in order to advance to a different department. Metrics were not too bothersome, it was the lack of the organization as a whole. From whom you should report to for management, to lack of information during a pandemic outbreak at work. I had been exposed to COVID while at work December of last year, and per my doctor and HR, I had to quarantine at home while I fully recovered from my symptoms. I did not have my managers information at the time, as I was a new hire and it was not clear who my manager was. By the time I was due to return to office, my manager reached out to me asking where I had been. HR never communicated my illness to management! When it was time to return to work, HR and management were only just communicating possible exposure to my teammates. I was mind blown! After almost 2 years of dealing with a pandemic, I truly expected better communication, handling and care of the situation. The office itself is a nice working space with a modern cafeteria that often offers food trucks during lunch. Although the majority of the time I'd bring my own lunch as there wasn't enough time to wait around to order food, get called up, and eat on time. They also provide unlimited coffee and have a vending machine on site. The restrooms could definitely use a little less negligence and hopefully they now provide better ventilation. There truly wasn't enough air circulating in them, causing them to always have a smell. If you want good parking, make sure to get there atleast 10-15 minutes before your shift starts.Overall, TMS is an ok company which can definitely use some improvement in organization and communication with their staff and employees.

Back to back phone calls and very little room to breathe. Definitely is very quick to move up in the company but takes over 6 months to move up to the departments you might want. Has many benefits and others may find a career out of it but unfortunately wasn't for me

If it wasn’t for them virtually lying about valuing and protecting all employees whether vaccinated or unvaccinated & it leading to my departure I would have nothing but great things to say about TMS.
