Health care benefits and paid day off. If someone wanna settle down, this company will be a good choice. I worked there for about half a year but had to leave because of school. But all in all it's a good company. They have good supervisors.
This is a great company to work for. There are opportunities to grow and support from co workers, Supervisors and Management. You are able to learn ways to improve your job with tools provide by the company. You are reward for success and hard work.
A typical day would be to check on issues in the Manufacturing Dept.
Work to resolve issues if there are any. Set up presses ( A clean) to do trial run for R&D and trouble shoot issues on the floor. Get assistance from Maintenance Mechanics if needed.
The hardest part of the job is trouble shooting the issues and get it thru production for on time completion.
The most enjoyable part of the job is to know that I accomplished and resolve any pending issues...
this company is the worse place to work for. The management doesn't care. There is no respect. some employee do whatever they want and they never get punished for anything. This is why people keep quitting and they are always hiring.
I’ve been at natures bounty for a few months now in the bohemia location and I could not be happier great people to work with always willing to teach you something or help you and you are rewarded and acknowledged for hard work I hope to remain with the company for years to come
It is a good company to work, people are friendly and kind, if you need help, they always are helping you to achieve your goals and develop your skills. Also if you are interested in other positions or work in other departments and you have skills they might give you the opportunity to work in other area and get a better salary
You will work long hours and there is zero opportunity to transition to another role if you’re seeking growth. Expect a 6 day work without compensation for extra hours. New business unit leader is horribly lazy.
-Constant changes in leadership/direction
-Cutbacks everywhere to show profitability (including employee benefits/perks)
-Layers upon layers of management
-Lack of interdepartmental communication
-Lack of transparency
-Employees working in fear
Lack on industry knowledge/expertise with key decision makers
THE MAIN MACHINE used to make all the product is about 40 years old and highly undependable(Goes down for hours) and they use this as leverage to make seem like they always need to “catch up” even while working 6DAY work week. leadership has 0 perception on associates lack of work- life balance. Team leaders are only here to pass down information & approve days off. There’s also tons of heavy Rumors about the people In front office having affairs with each other which makes townhall meetings weird. This place has
Competitive pay but nothing is really worth it unless you’re working the morning shift . Stay away from here.
This place, especially if you have a family.
I've seen a lot of change over the last 20 years at the company. The people remain the constant. they are fantastic and will do everything possible to get the job done. The new management (2 years) has really tried to bring the culture back and they have been doing a great job.
Advancement, for me, has been available but for others it has not been. it depends on what department you are in.
