Proceed with caution

I feel I can handle a decent amount of drama but it was ridiculous there. Every day I came in it was constantly someone talking about someone else in a negative way. To top it off employees would talk about things related to patients or co workers, again in a negative way, with in hearing distance to patients. No one seems to take accountability for anything it was always someone elses fault or is...

Be careful

When you quit, you will be paying back any PTO u used. The policy is unwritten, your paycheck will show a balance, do not use the PTO. It is not yours.

A fast-growing medical practice with opportunities for advancement

NEW Dermatology is an exciting, fast-paced place to work. My experience is that people who are ambitious and willing to take on new challenges do extremely well, and people who just want to punch in & out while exerting as little effort as possible in between typically don't last long. An excellent opportunity for the right kind of person.
