It was a terrible experience working for the Oxford. They claim to care about their employees, but they don't. They are constantly preaching about how important it is not to speak negatively of coworkers, yet management was constantly gossiping and repeating confidential conversations. I have never felt more disrespected and undervalued as an employee. The managers harass their employees, and constantly speak down to their employees. Each day that I had to work, I would dread going there.
Outstanding Place work - get ready to compete though!

Oxford Club/Agora is a great work environment, very entrepreneurial and you are truly encouraged to be engaged and productive. Productivity can be rewarded very handsomely at Agora.
Management from the top down spreads out the rewards. I heard everyone received an Ipad for Xmas and employee training as an expense doesn't bother them one bit.
Even the very high ups are approachable, friendly and always willing to help.
very profitable Co. and they don't watch their purse strings over silly stuff like most places in today's world - great combo! so expect to stay at 4 or 5 star hotels w/travel and eating out at very nice restaurants w/other cool coworkers.
Be prepared to work hard and compete. Although you are around a lot of creatives and Hipster types, don't be fooled. If they've been around there longer than a few years, there's a competitive drive burning inside them and if you don't produce - YOU WILL BE OUT - NO QUESTION!
This should be no surprise given the number of Libertarians within the organization. Free market equals opportunity for success but as many average to below avg. performers find out can be painful.
free thinkers, entrepreneurial, lavish with spending money
