Hardly ever, even when they give you more responsibility. I started taking returns after my first holiday season but did not see a pay increase until min wage went up a year later. An associate that was hired the next holiday was hired at $1.50 more than I was. The managers literally have to beg corporate to make sure employees are being compensated for doing more, 99% of the time the request is denied. It's like the wild west. Way too much blatant favoritism.
It is true to help because u can get things done right and keep up the store it is always nice to be good to people and the always like to keep the place clean
What is the average pay for an Assistant Store Manager position?
I have been there for quite some time and have gotten a raise a few months after being there and then again a few years after I had been asking for awhile... so it’s rare
Seasonal is not offered raises
