I started as a volunteer who then got an internship and finally offered a full-time position. I loved the job and my coworkers. I let that blind me from seeing the negative aspects of working here. The pay was not livable, I was not allowed to log overtime hours (I occasionally had to work overtime to finish tasks by their deadlines), and I was given - more... impossible tasks by my immediate manager as well as her delegating her tasks to me. It has been a number of years since I worked here, and I know that my immediate manager at the time has since been let go. I'm only hoping that they have made oth ... - less
ConsPoor pay, no overtime
