The only good thing is the residents

This facility has a very toxic environment. They pick favorites, and if you aren’t a favorite, expect to be treated with disrespect. I was mistreated horribly, and no upper manager or the administrator cared. There is VERY few people you can trust here, and there is popularity clicks. Its a great facility that goes above and beyond for the clients needs and wants.

I really enjoyed the job and co workers were nice to me helped me learn my job very easily. I am a clumsy slow person so it was too fast paced for me to be a waitress and not spill or slip in sugar or jello spilt. I was very excited to see how well organized and very well managed the facility is never seen such unity n management.

Don't waste your time.

This business claims to be family oriented. But you're Not allowed to be late to put your children on the bus, but management can leave early to get a body massage.. Management is not honest at all. If your not part of a cliche you are an outsider whom feels uncomfortable. That's why there's such a high turn over there. BAD MANAGEMENT!

Unprofessional

Management is scarce and unprofessional. Incidents that happen at night take entirely too long to get a response from a nurse if they respond at all. They have a pure lack of concern for the employees and residents. Residents complaints go unheard.
