Lead Receiver (Former Employee) – Boca Raton, FL – August 26, 2018
The polo club is a great place to work if you have no life outside of of the job. It is very stressful during the season. I worked in receiving and i liked the employees but sometimes they worked extremely slow and got alot of requisitions wrong so i ended up having to do their jobs on top of mine. I received inventory daily on top of requisitions.

The Polo Club of Boca Raton is one of the top clubs in the country. It is a very busy fast paced club. You have to be on your toes and you must know your stuff. The management is focused on the development of the staff while providing outstanding service to their membership.
Excellent traing. If you can handle this job you can handle anything.
Lead line cook (Former Employee) – Florida – January 25, 2016
Great first impression as you pull up to have car valet parked. Really beautiful building. The servers were excellent. The apps were average. The table setting was beautiful but I got stuck by a table leg which I found annoying.. the dinner was absolutely fantastic.

The Club is a great place to work and excel your career. Leading and education staff to deliver service excellence. The club just went through a major renovation and receive numerous awards and statues.
Hardest part of the job is dealing with the members as they can get to be a real pain in the butt. besides that it is a super easy job, unless you are management there is almost no stress, and no actual work to be done. real short shifts but they drag on forever, especially during the summer
A typical day involves a the desire to exceed members expectations through customer service. We build relationships with the members and become almost one big family . working here is great, the hardest part of the job is probably not being able to satisfy someones wants.
free lunches, periodic social activities for the staff
no benefits for part-time employees, almost no opportunity for growth.
well organized group with high end customer service expectations
First Assistant Golf Professional (Former Employee) – Boca Raton, FL – May 22, 2014
A typical day includes servicing members through golf lessons, organizing tournaments, and promoting merchandise. I learned how to successfully run and operate a golf facility with high customer satisfaction. The management was excellent in training and organization of daily duties. The co-workers were enjoyable and team oriented. The hardest part of the job were the expectations and demands from members of the club. The most enjoyable part was seeing members improve their golf skills and then be able to compete with their peers.
Great place to work i learned so much from them Communication, Customer service how to handle issue, resolve a problem between co-workers. The hardest part deal with customers return Staff or give them credit for item. The most enjoyable part make the customer happy and staff members that's the reason everyday we have a shiff meeting to explain them what we have.
