At my past job I would always go to bed dreading some aspect of my job the next day, at the primary health network I feel that no matter what happens the next day I can rely on my coworkers and I really enjoy it.
Use to love going to work. That has changed drastically over the past few months.

Loved it at first but saw a major change as the months went on. The lack of concern for patient care kept me awake at night. CEO and board of directors are completely unaware of what management is doing. The company needs better leaders with conscience.
I eventually dreaded it! Developed a strong dislike for those with no real clinical background because they were only focused on pushing patient through. Did not care at all about the quality of care for the patient. Likely because they were MA patients. Terrible middle management!
