Slow but the people I worked with(other than a few managers) were great. They were friendly and accepted me right away. I could ask as many questions as I wanted and they would gladly answer them with a wealth of information

Yes it was but it was all attainable and fair. You could get written up or terminated but you would have numerous chances before that happened and they would train or coach on what you can do to be better.
