I think RSI was a great school. They need to focus on the students more and keep up with the times. It wouldn't hurt to get the instructors input more often, as well. Over all, great workplace, freat people.

This year the school has gone way downhill. Management doesn't gave a clue, and they keep juggling who is in charge while throwing the people who are making things better under the bus. The faculty are unmotivated, and constantly undermine each other, talk trash about the school and students, and generally just seem to be there just for the paycheck.
Building is gross and never updated, culture is toxic and comes straight from the top of the company, faculty are terrible, curriculum outdated for years

while attending RSI i was given the utmost respect and learned advanced skills used in the HVAC/R field by experts who have worked in the field for extended periods on time. the knowledge i gained from the instructors was some of the best instructor i have ever been given.

A school with a long history and a great place to work. Owners really cared about employees and did all they could to provide affordable benefits as well as events to make it a nice place to work. Owners worked with you if time off was needed. Working with the students was wonderful. Great place to work.
