Behavioral Health Technician in Ocklawaha, FL

Good company to work with. Feels like you’re surrounded by a family but in a more professional way. It’s a superb company to work with and be involved with, great for mental health experience and a lot of good connections are made.

The management is awful. they are rude and treat badly and they will make sure you know they dont like you. The clients are wonderful, management is horrible. it needs better management, theres no room to grow because they only want degrees, if you worked the job without a degree they will hire someone else in replace of you instead of promoting you because “you need a degree” though youve been doing the job without it without a pay raise. Management is by far the worst. favoritism is BAD here and is very very shown.

Great learning experience. Sense of community from most of staff. Too much bureaucracy and immature leadership. Hypocrisy, nepotism, and favoritism abound in management.
Mental Health Counselor Intern in Ocklawaha, FL

I did my year-long pre-graduate internship training here and found the entire staff to be highly professional and compassionate. They really care for their clients. I learned from some top-notch therapists and am thankful for the experience. If you work here, you will work hard, but you will be supported and the environment (94 acres on the edge of the Ocala National Forest) is beautiful.
