Client Care Technician in Ocklawaha, FL

I loved the work and the clients with my whole heart. Some of the best therapist work here and you will learn a lot. But the coworkers are viscous, with no help from upper management. Keep your head down and learn anyway. You'll never learn so much, so quickly about helping people. I highly recommend getting your own therapist while working here.

Decent place to work. Pay isn't great and there isn't much room for advancement, but it can be rewarding. The medical department leaves alot to be desired.
Maintenance Assistant in Ocklawaha, FL

You are micromanaged. Management will tell you to do something one week then will jump down your throat for doing it the next week. Some employees are expected to run 90 miles an hour and others work at a very relaxed pace. The workloads and job assignments aren’t distributed evenly, some employees get to ride equipment all day, others get to run hand tools. This is great if you are one of the employees that get to work at a relaxed pace, but not for the ones expected to pick up the slack. On the good side, if you needed time off, they would work with you.

Poor management, no supervisory skills, out right lying on employee, favoritism and prejudice, disorganized. Satisfaction and rewarding whilst working with clients and helping them throughout their recovery.
