Certified Nursing Assistant in Lake City, FL
Poorly managed and your supervisors are new nurses. You are moved so often to different units (unnecessarily) it’s almost impossible to learn your residents. Almost all your coworkers have attitudes so coming in to work is already stressful. Any type of complaints that you have just seem to be brushed under the rug and never addressed.

Great place for advancement, understanding management, facility is always improving, glad that I chose to work here. Looking forward to seeing the staff and facility evolve into an even better rehab.
Staff RN in Lake City, FL
Scary place to work. Steer clear if you value your license. Concern is for bottom line, not patients or staff. The rn has 40 patients with appx half with complex issues/wound vac/iv antibiotics, ECT and almost completely staffed with brand new LPNs. The physicians are difficult to reach and management offers no support. The DON only one with experience and only in SNF. Adon and unit manager new nurses.
LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) in Lake City, FL
Usually only one nurse on floor, especially at night. Numerous call offs by staff keep one guessing if there will be enough people working to care for residents.
