The constant changing schedule. It would be fine if they were honest about it before you take the job. They flat out led me to believe it was going to be a FULL TIME, Monday-Friday, 8ish to 5ish job. It was anything but that once reality hit... and guess what TO BAD. If you want to keep the job take it or leave it. I left. I think that if you can't trust your employer to be honest it's going to end badly no matter what. Never again.

They don't honor your availability. It mysteriously changes on the computer. All their computer generated schedules etc etc come from somewhere else. That's how it is at the Wichita Falls, Tx location anyway. Your schedule can change day to day depending on call volume, It's a call center. No matter what they tell you in that interview, don't believe it. My longest day was 10 hours and they also scheduled me 3 hour days that were not worth my waste of gasoline. It's ridiculous
