The company overworks there employees doesn't listen to employees on how to improve and absolutely no advancement opportunities available it's all about who you know not about how hard you work I was the hardest working person by far and the management hated me because I constantly was attempting to improve the daily activities since the management were not on hand at all and did not keep an eye on daily work and make sure it was effective when I tried to take on the responsibility and improved the department they decided to let me go after I was forced to work 70 hours plus a week cuz of lack of employees and no answer and lack of pay for the amount of work I was doing and no advancement opportunities and while I worked for a year to take advantage of the tuition reimbursement after I was there for a year they decided to no longer offer that when I was eligible. - view all
