What is the interview process like at The Ritz-Carlton?

9 answers

  • Human Resources follow al process perfectly well

  • Very interesting, they take you around the 12 story facility and you see a lot of people but the interviewer seemed vague with no direct commitment to training and trainer even worse. A lot of resentment felt from trainer and no respect from staff, unless you like to bow down and kiss @**

  • Great and it's wonderful

  • Very detailed

  • Layed back not hounding you for a lot of information

  • Challenging

  • The interview process was not challenging, nor did it have any rigor to it. The questions were basic and were given by an inexperienced interviewer, that was obvious at the outset.

  • Very calming

  • It was lengthy but thorough.
