The money is OK for the work you do but may not be enough to compensate for how terrible management will make you feel. There are many cliques and they divide shifts and are perpetrated by management. It's very clear that you are basically disposable and not matter how hard you work there will probably be no recognition unless you look or act a certain - more ... way. There is blatant favoritism. Regulars are very generous for the most part and you really get to know them. The non-management workers are fun and we try to stick together like family. We tried to keep it light and laugh a lot. This is a goo ... - less
ProsFree shift drink, OK compensation, free bag of coffee, friendly regulars, decent co-workers
ConsShort breaks, rampant favoritism, poor communication, emotionally draining sometimes
