They do not care about you unless you are in their click. Horrible environment to work. Not Christian atmosphere. Hire anyone who takes cheap pay.

Changing hours all the time but not letting the employee know. I was there for over a year, schedule changed 4 times and the manager was constantly lying about it. I felt it was a dead end job and not true to the Ethical standards the company claims. I had better communication and relationships with customers than with management.
It may be a good place to work if you don't want to improve or advanced.

Working as a respite for foster care. Got 24 hour or job. Normally work 32-64 a week. No benefits, but time and a half. It's a very stressful job, alwYs on the go. And you must deal with all types of disorders and behavior children.challenging.
