In the "Main DIning Room" of the Santaluz Club, it is a server's job to ensure that every "member/owner" has the best possible, very personal experience every time they dine at the club. Having never worked in a private club, the experience I have gained at this club is invaluable to my future career in the restaurant industry. I have learned the management dynamic that is required in a private equity club, in which your customers are the owners. At this club, because of its small number of members, servers are encouraged to get to know the preferences of our customers. With this, comes great relationships with very frequent customers, however this also leads to a lack of diversity in regards to the clientele.
