During the Christmas holiday last year they made us work 10 days straight to make up for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Christmas Eve was unpaid unless you chose to use your PTO.

Downhill, losing money drivers here are slaves typically you’ll clock in at 9 a.m. and be lucky to see your house by 1a.m. then be right back by 9 the next morning then if you dont hit your number like everyone else or the long time drivers thats been there years you get picked out of everyone else and get scolded and rode by the manager for the next 8 months them your expected to drive equiptment that almost always has an out of service on it or isnt safe because they wont fix nothing trucks all have over 200,000 miles on them an always break down, management only cares about themselves not you, my spouse for example is pregnant with out child currently and they’ve done nothing but threaten to fire me or for trying to make sure everything is okay there due the risk involved, you will never see your home but saturday or sunday, if you have a family do not get this job you’ll never see them and most likely lose your family because you’ll eat sleep breath and live in a schwans truck, your expected to work 14 hours straight before returning from your route or they threaten to fire you, driver turnover is ungodly high this company will fail with there sky high prices and greed, I am currently a route driver for them trying to find another job for my family and I’ve been here long enough to believe when i say run dont even think of taking this job this company will make you hate life and miss out on your family completely and to schwans I salute you if you fire me for not liking my comment!....sincerely your slave employee 👍
