I worked there 26 years we got paid holidays last 2 years I worked there but you still had to make up that day on a Sat. It used to be a good company to work for. The corporate management team they hired in were terrible. They don't care anything about longtime customers and could really care less for their employees. Stay away unless you need a job until you can find another one

Schwans Global Supply in Pottstown is the worst company I ever worked for! Too much favoritism, irregular raises if you even get one, & it's not uncommon to not get a raise! They hire thru a temp place that don't care what they send & the hired often has no manufacturing skills & lack of education. A lot of turn over !

I will be surprised if Schwans Home Food Service is still in buisness in 2 years the way they have turned their back on long time customers.

No cell phone allowance. The facility I worked at you were required to text sales in multiple times a day but they would not pay any of your cell bill but management got cell phone allowance.
