good staffing levels, residents and families are all pleasant and happy with their care. Team environment. New management is excellent!! They are always willing to help on the floors if it is needed!

help the residents with day to day tasks, general cleaning if house keeping if too busy to get to it, and keeping the nurses updated on changes with residents. Not enough employees, forced to pick up too many shift to balance life and work.

For the longest time people have said that this place would be so much better with new management. The Seasons recently got a new director of nursing and administrator. I don't remember a time where we had people as kind and positive. They are really trying to make it a better place to work. I am so glad I stuck through the bad times and things are already getting better . They keep telling us how much they appreciate the work and make us feel comfortable to suggest changes. To anyone working in a nursing home, the assisted living world is so much better than a nursing home. The residents and families here are the best.
Administrative in East Greenwich, RI

I loved my job and the residents and all the staff but the management needs a complete overhaul in my opinion. They do not work with the staff and even make them feel alienated at times. The administrator promotes an environment where everyone is afraid of doing anything for fear of the wrath they will receive. She prefers when staff doesn't get along with each other because she feels they work better if there is no social interactions. It's really too bad because the people that work there care deeply about the residents and some of the residents only have the staff to talk to at times. They make is blatantly obvious when they don't like a staff member which just promotes an environment of scared staff. Many staff have left and will tell you that its because of upper management, one person actually that forced them to leave. There are plenty of places like this to work with a better environment and working conditions. Do waste time trying to work here.
Had an internship in East Greenwich, RI

A typical Tuesday was usually very slow considering I usually have not much to do, but on Thursdays it's a little more up beat and fun. I haven't really learned from being here just yet. My mentor is one of the managers where she assists residents with dementia related diseases. The most enjoyable part of my internship here is decorating for the holidays with the residents.
