Generally, the people and management are good. The daily deadlines and work load can often feel overwhelming. The newsroom is too small for the work load they take on.
Good health insurance, profit sharing, paid holidays and vacation benefits.
The parent company does not muddy the day-to-day operations or decisions.
Proshealth and dental benefits, paid holidays, paid vacation, small newsroom
