Ask HR what complaints are being filled and follow up on them yourself. HR and the doctor you're paying to fix it are dragging dragging the company to the ground.

They decreased sick days and PTO. It's now 3 sick days. They also used to offer paid lunches but they took that away so now you're expected to work your full 8 hours with no break.
