Company matches dollar for dollar up to the first 5%. The company also provides a 4% contribution regardless of whether you save in the 401k. All copmany match/contributions are immediately vested.

Yes - depending upon the role..it's not uncommon to be able to work from home 1 - 2 days per week.

Generous paid time off policy: Company provides a PTO bank (including sick and vacation together and you manage your time away appropriately). Starting level is 148 hours per year (18.5 days or 3.7 weeks) .. After 3 years goes up to 188 hours per year. (23.5 days or 4.7 weeks) . Another Bump at 10 years of service.
There are also several company paid holidays.
