Poor leadership and under valuing intellectual capital
Manager (Former Employee) –  RemoteDecember 16, 2018
Leadership is driven by private equity and Merck takeover. In the process, they've gotten rid of some of their best talent in an effort to drive down costs. Some foolish hires who didn't know the market have plunged the company even further into mismanagement. The hardest part of the job was putting up with short-sighted and unprofessional leaders who didn't know much about the business, managed up and did not know how to manage down.
Pros
Flexibility to work from home.
Cons
Leadership without experience in the market.

Tier III Account Manager (Former Employee) –  Yardley, PAJuly 19, 2018
Changing Company with a lot of reorganization. Job roles often overlap and it is very hard to work a in a linear way as it is almost impossible to step out of reactive mode

Poor training/Judgemental
Helpline Representative (Former Employee) –  Eagan, MNSeptember 11, 2017
Their contract to hire positions is a joke. The trainer lady is a joke , unprofessional & need to take a course on better communications. If you're going to have an attitute when a trainee asks you a question .. why do you even work in the field that you do? She had an attitude , no empathy whatsoever. How do you judges someone's performances based off of 1 day that was only an introduction day . What a joke , I will not recommend this company to anyone. Not through temp or direct to hire. You need to get with the program .. how are you manually entering your own phone system? Switch to shortel phone system. What a joke !
