Not challenging, but I felt like more than just a "warm body" (interviewing with other staffing companies made me feel like my needs were not a concern - just "you're certified? Hired!")
First I interviewed on the phone with an SOS rep, who asked basic qualification questions and found out about my interests/concerns, then set up a phone interview with 2 administrators from the school district, who asked more SLP-specific questions.
