What advice would you give the CEO of The Stow Company about how to improve it?

  • Keep up the great work Phil.
My suggestion would be to allow employees that create drama be held accountable with a lock and a sock.

  • Stop lying to everyone, to many loopholes to not help employees, check management, there are alot of people that seem to not know how to run their dept to better the flow of production so everyone can enjoy doing their job. No incentives to work harder. This place has potential but no accountability what so ever.

  • Focus on the manufacturing side, time cards are altered by supervisors on a weekly basis. The plant manager is clueless to what needs to be done to right the ship. Evaluate who is in the right seat on the bus.

  • Focus on the manufacturing side more. The engineer that was promoted to plant manager is clueless and struggles with correcting issues, and put together a good ol boys club that alters time cards on a weekly basis. There are operators that leave sick or call in and then are listed under perfect attendance at quarterly meetings.

  • Act like a CEO! You are rude when employees ask you something. You give stupid nick names (some do not like what you call them) Be respectful!
Keep an eye on supervisors that approve hours, I’ve seen employees that are late or haven’t showed up and they don’t seem to get points for attendance. Everyone should be treated equally!!

Help job seekers learn about the company by being objective and to the point.
