Cardd culture seems to be great but youre often penalized for doing what they ask you to do.
It's a great company that is growing fast. With growth there will be kinks to be smoothed out. It's coming together well. The people are nice. The management leads by example and works as much if not more than the average person. Lots of perks. If you show you care, you get treated well.
They work you into the ground and do not care about you having a personal life
Work 6 days a week, some departments work 10-12 hours a day. It’s not air conditioned, so it’s pretty warm in there. Lots of temporary employees
