I would be more family friendly, it seems that if you're a manager you work your tail off. I would like them to be more understanding to single mothers that are trying to balance work schedule, and daycare.
They do not need any change .Its already good.

Stop hiring people into a job without training. Watching politically correct videos, and the usual hiring paperwork, and then they toss the people on the floor with maybe 10 hours 2nd week, 4hours of work 3rd week, and who knows after that. People are not trained, nor do managers communicate to the new hires. . they leave them hanging, and I would say about 75% at leas, of new hires never return. If they would train people RIGHT, follow-up with them about getting on the schedule..etc.. then they wouldn't have so much turn-over, and having to train people for 4 hours of paperwork and videos, every other week!! Big corporation, not too smart.
•I would continue following the honorable code of conduct...Integrity.. Respect..Dignity...

Increase pay. Be honorable with people. Show some class. Especially considering the CEO pay ratio.
As a former employee, I would say the sales associates and back of the house as well need to make a living wage. They should make at least $12.00 an hours and not have to rely on the government for assistance. TJX employees are hard workers ❤️for little pay.😔
It's already an amazing work place.
I would try to involve the associates more and ask their opinions.
Let the store sell itself: we have great deals from major brands and have merchandise that only TJX companies sell. And distribute hours to employees where they could make money, especially more than an average of 4 hours a week.
