If I were to leave TJ Maxx it would be because I needn’t more hours to make more money. It’s pretty hard to get more than 4 hours a day, sometimes it’s only 1 shift a week even.

My current store doesn't have the family atmosphere it use to have with the passing of my old manager. It is everyone for themselves and its not a pro team store. It is never a happy vibe with the associates, I at time dread that I have to work in this environment.
