  • Extremely low pay, expectations of full time employees is insane while part time employees sit in the breakroom or goof off. No consequences for bad behavior or work ethic. No recognition for good work. Full time is only 32 hours per week. Unable to support myself on this income.

  • Only the bad manager. She cause I loose my job, I was jobless for almost two month and this issue has really negative impact in my life. The bad thing is that this company doesn't protect the employees at all. I call the main company to help me but they don't care.

  • Unrealistic expectations. 1 credit per 100 transactions when at least 25% have one already. Store manager will throw anyone under the bus to get ahead of others

  • Management unable to "walk the talk", unable to provide equity of treatment.

  • Because the pay is bad, hours are barely there and management is horrible.

  • Manager only cares about herself, is mean spirited and very demeaning to employees. Mean to employees in front of others and makes rude comments over the radio. Not worth the money.

  • The worst retailer I have ever worked for. I was overworked, underpaid, not appreciated and mistreated as a coordinater for TJK. I could no longer tolerate the uncaring attitude of the assistant managers and an awful store manager. My 35 years of working for major retailers and always achieving the highest praise for my work ethic, retail abilities both visually and in training associates and exceeding sales goals are a waste at a company who treats there associates horribly and who makes the cashiers hound there customers to open the TJK credit card. So unprofessional. The management team and company expect backroom management and staff to work like slavery never ended by doing both backroom processing and duties and then do the floor coordinaters jobs just so they can get the equipment back to do their job the next morning Very audit / markdown heavy to the point that it interfers with getting product to the sales floor for purchasing.

  • Credit cards is all this company worries about. It’s really bad to a point when you don’t look forward to going to work at all. Cutting budgets weekly and expect the people that are there to do everything. It’s not fair and the company does not care.
