District manager, should try to talk to sales associates rather than so called assistant managers.The sales associates do all the work.They know the customers.Ask them how things are going.The asst, do nothing.And the TJX rewards all day long.Care about associates. Like you care about rewards.Associate need the bonuses.Not so called assistant managers.Again associates are the ones that make the store.
Pay the non management staff more competitively. Listen when employees call the corporate hr with complaints. Most people would rather not go that route and if they are, then they are having real issues in the store.
Better pay. I literally can not afford to live, and I work 40 plus back breaking hours.
Have better communication,understanding focus,safty,and most of all make sure that customers are well taken care of and everybody respect each other.
Hands down better pay. $10 an hour is insulting. Targets starting pay is $12 an hour. Walmart $11.40. Step up and honor your employees.
The 92% production goal seems very intimidating. Puts a lot of pressure on new recruits who want to work and are always worried about meeting that percentage. Also the paperwork is confusing when trying to learn everything new.
Do something about the music being played in the stores as I do not believe it is condusive to a great shopping experience.

Most of the employers failed in procedures or our policy. my advise will be that every employees must have a copy of tjx company policy maybe on email or printed. because every day we use and we orientate our customers of the policy and regulations. for example any exchange or return without receive.
Please more training and more computers training on.
