I applied online. One week later I received a phone call. We set up a time for our interview. A few days later I had my interview over the phone. There doing this to be safe because of the Corona Virus Pandemic. My phone interview lasted a little over 30 Minutes. I waited another week as they called and checked my references. I received a phone call back saying everything checked out great and started orientation a few days later.

I applied online and got an email to schedule an interview about a week and a half later from applying. I called and scheduled an interview for the end of the week and pretty much got hired on the spot. They said as long as the background check and references checked out, I'd be good to go and she'd call to tell me when orientation would be. I gave about a week before I called because I hadn't heard and was getting anxious and we set up an orientation date that day. It might be faster for other people, I think it just depends on the location and the management.

Simple if you are under 17 you will have to show work paper and they'll help you do your tax exempt at the orientation if you get hired. They ask you a the questions like "why do you feel like this is the position for you" "If you saw a customer shop lifting what would be your to go to steps" My best advice to you is to look presentable and have any important information on hand such as an ID, working papers (if under 18), social security number... and to go in with a start date. Most importantly be calm... Goodluck to you !

The whole process took a week . I went into the interview the manager asked me questions about my experience and my availability and offered me the job on the spot.

They sit you down in a room and ask you about your work experience, why you want to work there, and what does customer service mean to you. Standard interview questions. Very easy and relaxed.

Formal and manager asks questions on a form.
