I was extremely nervous as I was having a panel interview with 3-4 people. When I arrived I actually interviewed with 3 people all who were very pleasant and very forth coming. I felt relaxed as we progressed thru interview, almost like a round table discussion. It was a very positive and pleasant experience.

Interviewed by committee. It's not bad, most people are really nice and the interviews a semi formal.

Great!!!!! Even though I was a little nervous. Some departments have a two to three hour interview, with three people.
