A typical day at work was not stressful nor filled with many uncertainties. I learned how to improve my communication skills and to be aware of perceptions of others. Management was approachable with an open-door policy. Workplace culture was typically relaxed and cordial. The hardest part of the job was communicating effectively with new coworker counterparts, and remembering new systems and terms and integrating them into my everyday work. The most enjoyable part of the job was the fact that I was able to walk and leave my work area without having to report my every move, such as going to the rest room, taking breaks and lunch, and running errands.
