It takes too long and they don't follow up with you as promised. I had to take the initiative to call management to find out status of the position since, it been close to a month and still haven't received follow up interview as promised.

2-3 weeks. Sometimes background checks take forever. Even when rushed by our DM, we weren't able to hire anyone faster than 2 weeks and sometimes it takes longer.

It took nearly two weeks, as I interviewed with the Store Manager, and then the District Manager, and then took a drug test/background screening, and had to wait for the results. They have since increased it to two interviews with area Store Managers, and a third, phone interview with the District Manager.

Getting hired doesn't take too long....after your applications is viewed if you meet their requirements you'll receive an email with further instructions and then a phone call from the store manager followed by an interview and then an email whether or not you made the cut.
