Cashier (Current Employee) – Anaheim, CA – March 2, 2018
Working for The Von's Company opened my eyes to retail and how tough and difficult it is to stay in retail. All of my coworkers are fair, hardworking, and friendly people. The hardest part of the job for me is handling customers who are not satisfied and I would try my best to achieve their satisfaction, even though you cannot please everyone. What I learned is that it is a tough world out there and I was glad to help the customers whosoever's day that I could brighten.
Great break times, friendly co-workers, employee discounts
Hours are rough to get at this job, thirty percent of the customers will not treat you nice, it is always busy
Service Operations Manager (Current Employee) – Marina del Rey, CA – January 29, 2017
This company definitely allows you to move up quickly if you are motivated. Great people around who serve as mentors eager to help you advance. The hardest part of the job is definitely the fact that you can't predict what your day will be like. You can always walk in with a plan, but that can change at the drop of a hat.
