I currently work for Georgia’s largest heavy civil/ road building outfit and we a family based! Upper management and lower management mingle! Also we look at our employees as assets and not just a number. I too use to work for Archer Western (Walsh Group) and when the job was done so was I. I have considered in the past returning hoping the culture has changed but from what I just read it hasn’t. Too bad cause you CAN have great profits and great people that stay! Maybe you guys should consult me over coffee and I can tell you what keeps people around.
