Part timers get NOTHING - ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
We earn ALMOST an hour a month so accrued time is NOT easy to come by at the DRC. And with the Overtime we are REQUIRED TO WORK, it can't come fast enough. It only comes out to about2 weeks per year
We get 2 paid sick days and one sick paid off for every 30 hours we work.

None as a cast member, I was only seasonal so for full time I am certain they are given some sort of compensation. But one thing to keep in mind is that due to the high volume and the busy times being mostly on or around hoidays.
