Age. They only like very young people. They arranged for a situation which forced me to leave at their direction.

I was forced out upon returning from major back surgery. HR sent me to be re-cast because I informed them I could no longer work in such an intense environment. The recruiter agreed I should be re-cast. Several days later I was told to return to my old location. I got knocked over 3 times and informed HR that I couldn't work there. He said "then retire". They refused to re-cast me. Now I have re-applied and have heard nothing.
