At first I felt good, but didnt take long not to wont to pull in parking lot no more. Had a friend that worked there who had to witness her bbeinng bullied by boss and co workers about her weight and the way she lived. Would cry to me and upset my day knowing they had people working in a place like that as management.

I love going to work with all the people there. The CEO is the person that is very challenging to figure out and work with.

This is a young and growing company - so some kinks are still getting worked out, but we have come a long way and continue to grow and improve every day. I have a great benefits package, best I've had in any healthcare setting by far, that I think is a strong point for retaining great team members. Wage comparisons are run frequently to stay on the high end for assisted living housing in the area. Being a growing company, there are frequent opportunities to move up. I see great things in the future for The Waters!
