I worked sometimes from 10-6 or 10-8 but most of my shifts were 5-12. But I guess it just depends on where you live because we were very understaffed.

Answered

I got hired on the spot because they needed more people so after my “interview” which was really just a when can you start type of interview I had to start work literally like 1 or 2 days later after paperwork. At the Wendy’s I worked at I just basically had to follow one person around until I eventually learned on my own. But everything is literally easy from cashiering to taking orders at the window!

Answered

I got a call from one of the managers to come in for an interview.

Answered

They didn’t give me a drug test.

Answered

They were very unprofessional and very rude with some of the customers. They didn’t keep the whole customer is always right saying in mind. I was the youngest but felt like I was the most mature because everyone else was very childish like one lady acting like she was a dinosaur or something. I had to do better for myself! They made the particular location that I worked for look awful.

Answered

I would just say something casual like jeans and a nice T-shirt.

Answered

I got paid 7.50/hr and it was every 2 weeks.

Yes, as long as you're straight now

The Wendy's I worked at in London ky does not even offer any vacation time or any benefits .. I have worked for Wendys for a total of 12 years and I have waisted my life . A lady I worked with has been there for 34 years and she gets nothing no insurance or any kind of recognition for all,the hard work for Wendys .Also I hope someone from corporate sees this .. The management we have is not the best.. They do not follow the Wendy's way .I was trained by some of the best managers ever and I always follow the Wendy's rules and I know in my heart I could be a great manager and help my store be like it was before we lost our original Gm ..He was promoted . I always get passed up and I want to see my store be the best . So employees don't get enough respect or any recognition for many years of hard work ..
