I got hired on the spot because they needed more people so after my “interview” which was really just a when can you start type of interview I had to start work literally like 1 or 2 days later after paperwork. At the Wendy’s I worked at I just basically had to follow one person around until I eventually learned on my own. But everything is literally easy from cashiering to taking orders at the window!

It takes approximately about a week to get hired start to finish. First you fill out an application than you wait for them to give u a call then you go to an interview they’ll ask you questions and see if you meet the requirements and if you do they’ll hired you.
