I spent nearly 3 years at this company and overall had a decent experience. The management was stern yet reasonable. However I believe the commission structure should be reformatted to give employees the opportunity to gain higher payouts. Also I believe the concept of "conversion" should be eliminated as well. Finally if each store could have a designated - more... bill pay station or technical support desk, it would greatly improve overall morale on greeting and providing excellent customer service for each customer that walks in. - less

Upper management does not support their employees. Marketing for stores is not handled efficiently, and there is minimal training when starting a position for the company. The company cuts corners and will use loopholes to keep from paying their employees earned commission. Commission checks are paid every two months.
