No work/life balance - they will call you all day long. Watch you on the cameras. Ask you about store performance on your days off. Ask why you muted the group chat on your day off. Tag you in messages anyway. Ridiculous.

Comfortable, and everyone would get along with each other, and everyone would help each other if need be.

Very relaxed work environment. I came from a different Verizon Wireless retailer and they were much more strict there. These guys let you play on your phone all day and there is no real supervision. There is also very poor communication within the company. For example I have been communicating with a human resources representative named marletta and she and I have spoken on the phone at least 10 times. She continues to give me to go around and doesn't give me a clear answer of when I will receive my commission. Then she lies and said she's getting it taken care of but obviously 9 months in and I'm still left with out what's owed to me
