repair items that were called into office.steel framing. there were so many you never knew who was who,there were a couple of great managers but they never stayed around long.it was very stressful the bosses son showed favor to one employee.the sow removal it was a lot of stairs fire escapes and miles of sidewalks all over the short north.Being able to repair problems that the other techs would not or could not fix.

Bonuses were always on time. Liked that they understood when someone was sick or death in family it was a serious issue and never questioned

Learn how to tare out drywall and clean up fire or water damage the hardest part of the jobs was carryin heavy equpiment up and down the stairs.My boss buyin us lunch for doin such a good job.

Great staffing resource

As an adminisitrative clerk my job functions mostly consisted of data entry for the department on a daily basis. I processed invoices on a weekly basis for the accounts payables aspect of the position. I enteracted on a daily basis with department heads and city residents. I greeted the public and assisted with information request regarding the housing program assistance made available to the city residents.I enjoyed being of assistance to my co-workers and to the public.
