Poor Management
IB Teacher (Former Employee) –  The Woodlands, TXMay 22, 2019
Unstable work place. Management is not qualified and there is not professionalism. Constantly changing and reducing staff without any explanation. There are not many opportunities to grow.

Great changes are happening
Teacher (Former Employee) –  Tomball, TXJuly 12, 2017
I loved working for the Woodlands Prep. I was there for three years. The first two years were very instable. The last year was great with the new Headmaster. He managed to change the school climate in one short year making it an inviting place for students and staff alike. Unfortunately, due to personal reasons I was forced to move out of Texas. WPS will continue to thrive with the new leadership.

It is a good company to work for, where you learn a lot and you are dropping down to the employee to show all the ability that everyone has for the growth of the company.
